Every client starts in a different place. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, fix chronic pain, or step on stage — the path starts the same way: an honest conversation, a real assessment, and a plan built entirely around you. No templates. No shortcuts.
Onboarding call, bloodwork review, lifestyle audit. I need to know where you are before I can tell you how to get where you're going.
We define what success actually looks like for you — specific, measurable, and realistic within your life and schedule.
Custom nutrition plan, supplement and cardio protocol, optional training program — all built around your body, your goals, your schedule.
Weekly check-ins, open communication via WhatsApp, and a coach who will push you. Your brain will stop you before your body does — I won't let it.

My expectations were certainly met during coaching for prep. The weekly check-ins helped greatly for accountability and the insights into everything were always appreciated. Having someone who has experienced the pain before was comforting. Quality of coaching was great — you have always done a better job than anyone else I've worked with. Communication was locked in. I knew you would always get back to me in a reasonable amount of time, which was essential.
