Service & Location

Physiotherapy sessions are available every Saturday. The first Saturday of each month is held at Calibrated Strength, Eau Claire, WI. All other Saturdays are held at Pivotal Point, Hudson, WI. Sessions are 50 minutes at a rate of $120 per session. Available time slots are 1:00pm, 2:15pm, 3:30pm, 4:45pm, and 6:00pm.

Payment Options

Option 1 — Venmo Prepay: Send $120 to @grueny on Venmo before your session. Include your full name and appointment date in the memo. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your slot may be released.

Option 2 — Cash Day Of: Arrive with $120 exact cash on the day of your appointment. This option is extended as a courtesy and is subject to strict enforcement of the missed session policy below.

Missed Session Policy — Cash Day-Of Bookings

If you book using the cash day-of option and fail to appear for your scheduled session without providing at least 48 hours advance notice, the following consequences apply immediately and permanently:

1. The cash day-of payment option is permanently revoked from your account. All future sessions must be prepaid in full via Venmo prior to booking confirmation.

2. Your next booking will require payment of two full session fees ($240 total) — one to cover the missed session and one to hold the new appointment. This must be paid in full via Venmo before the new session is confirmed. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be offered a one-time reschedule at no penalty. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at my discretion. No-shows receive no refund and no reschedule credit.

Cash Day Of

Arrive with $120 exact cash on the day of your session. Subject to the missed session policy. This option may be revoked permanently for no-shows.
