Physiotherapy sessions are offered on the first Saturday of each month at Calibrated Strength in Eau Claire. Sessions are 50 minutes and priced at $120 per session.
At the time of booking, you must select one of two payment methods:
Option 1 — Venmo Prepay: Send $120 to @grueny on Venmo before your appointment. Include your name and appointment date in the memo. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
Option 2 — Cash Day Of: Arrive with $120 exact cash on the day of your session. This option is a privilege extended in good faith and is subject to the missed session policy below.
If you book using the cash day-of option and do not show up for your scheduled session without providing at least 48 hours advance notice, the following applies:
The cash day-of payment option is permanently revoked for all future bookings. All subsequent sessions must be prepaid in full via Venmo prior to confirmation.
In addition, your next booking will require payment of two full session fees ($240) — one to cover the missed session and one to hold your new appointment. This must be paid in full before the new booking is confirmed. No exceptions.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be offered a reschedule at no penalty. Prepaid sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at my discretion. No-shows are not refunded and are not eligible for reschedule credit.
All nutrition coaching packages require a minimum two-month commitment. Due to the nature of the service and the upfront work involved in onboarding, the following terms apply.
3 months or fewer remaining: No refund will be issued.
More than 3 months remaining: A partial refund may be requested. Refunds are calculated at 50% of the value of remaining full months from the nearest start month through the end of the package. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Missed check-ins and unused weeks are not refundable under any circumstance. I do not follow up on missed updates. Unused time is forfeited on the client's behalf.
If a session is cancelled due to my schedule, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a reschedule at no penalty.
If you need to cancel, a full refund is available only if notice is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For example: if your appointment is on a Friday, cancellation notice must be received no later than 11:59 PM on Tuesday for a refund to apply.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Training sessions follow the same cancellation and no-show policy as corrective bodywork sessions above.
