The Coach
Nutrition coach, physiotherapist, posing coach, and NPC competitive bodybuilder with nearly a decade of experience helping people transform their health, performance, and physique.
Wrestling was where it all started for me. It built the mindset that still drives how I coach today: discipline, intensity, resilience, and a willingness to lean into hard things. After that, I fell in love with lifting, performance, and the process of becoming stronger. Over time, that grew into working with college athletes, general population clients, and strength athletes like bodybuilders and powerlifters. Early on, I realized I didn't just love training myself; I loved helping other people discover what they were capable of.
I was originally headed toward chiropractic medicine, but bodybuilding pulled my interest more deeply into digestive health, nutrition, and human performance. That shift led me to pursue additional coursework and continue expanding my education over time. I've made it a priority to stay current with the research, because this field is always evolving and I believe good coaching should evolve with it. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to mentor others, speak with gym owners, and serve as a guest speaker in schools on anatomy and health sciences. Nearly a decade later, I'm still learning and still committed to getting better at what I do.
I work with a wide variety of people, but the ones who succeed usually share the same mindset. They are ready to make real changes, willing to communicate, and open to being pushed. That might look like a woman balancing higher education while preparing for her wedding and wanting to feel her best, a retired Air Force veteran stepping into bodybuilding and attacking a new challenge, or someone who simply knows it is time to change their lifestyle but needs the structure, education, and accountability to do it right. My coaching is built for different people with different goals, but always with the same standard of commitment.
Lived experience
Bodybuilding has given me firsthand experience with discipline, structure, physique development, and the consistency it takes to create real change. It has also taught me the value of productive off-seasons, recovery, and a more holistic approach to long-term progress.
That experience shapes the way I coach across the board. Whether someone is preparing for the stage, improving body composition, building strength, or working toward a healthier lifestyle, my approach is rooted in both lived experience and practical application.
I believe the best coaching is not just about knowing when to push, but also understanding how to build progress in a way that is intelligent, sustainable, and aligned with the person's real life.

It happens on the gym floor, on the phone, and in the body itself. Working through check-ins, fixing movement patterns, communicating what's actually going on inside and out. This is the process. Show up, talk to me, and we build from there.
"My expectations were certainly met during coaching for prep. The weekly check-ins helped greatly for accountability and the insights into everything were always appreciated. Having someone who has experienced the pain before was comforting. Quality of coaching was great — you have always done a better job than anyone else I've worked with. Communication was locked in."Liam — Competition Prep Client
How I coach
There are no shortcuts. I believe in doing hard things because you can, and because it makes you more resilient. I will push you. That's not a threat, it's a promise.
Communication is the foundation of everything I do. The more open and consistent we are with each other, the better your results will be. I am here and I am accessible.
I want to help people grow, and not just physically. Watching someone's confidence come alive after they've put in the work and seen real change. That's why I do this.
